The Executive Committee is responsible for the overall policy and strategic direction of the network whilst overseeing activities and progress. The committee also works closely with the Board of Healthcare Providers to fully implement and promote decisions to ensure maximum effectiveness.

The committee is also responsible for the establishment of contacts with industry and regulatory agencies and the development of a viable sustainability strategy for the network.
