As part of the European Commission (EC) support for the functioning of the ERN registries within the current EU financial framework, EURO-NMD has allocated part of its budget to launch a pilot scheme aimed at supporting HCPs in populating the EURO-NMD Registry with patient data.
The total budget allocated for the EURO-NMD Pilot Reimbursement Scheme is €123,000, corresponding to €1,500 for each participating HCP.
The Data Entry Pilot Reimbursement Protocol outlines the process for reimbursing ERN EURO-NMD HCPs under this pilot scheme.
Key Rules:

A flat reimbursement of €1,500 will be processed only after 100 patients have been enrolled.

Payment will be granted only if the following conditions are met:

The first 100 patients are fully enrolled.

The mandatory minimum dataset (EU RD Common Data Elements) is completed.

A cooperation contract has been signed with AP-HP (the ERN HCP Coordinator). The contract template can be found [here](link to document).

An invoice is submitted in accordance with the contract terms.

This reimbursement scheme is only valid for the duration of the current ERN grant, covering the period from 1 October 2023 to 30 September 2027.

Final deadline for submitting invoices: 1 September 2027.

No invoices will be accepted after this date.
