Data Entry Reimbursement Protocol

As part of the European Commission (EC) support for the functioning of the ERN registries within the current EU financial framework, EURO-NMD has allocated part of its budget to launch a pilot scheme aimed at supporting HCPs in populating the EURO-NMD Registry with patient data.
The total budget allocated for the EURO-NMD Pilot Reimbursement Scheme is €123,000, corresponding to €1,500 for each participating HCP.
The Data Entry Pilot Reimbursement Protocol outlines the process for reimbursing ERN EURO-NMD HCPs under this pilot scheme.

Key Rules:
  • A flat reimbursement of €1,500 will be processed only after 100 patients have been enrolled.
  • Payment will be granted only if the following conditions are met:
    • The first 100 patients are fully enrolled.
    • The mandatory minimum dataset (EU RD Common Data Elements) is completed.
    • A cooperation contract has been signed with AP-HP (the ERN HCP Coordinator). The contract template can be found [here](link to document).
    • An invoice is submitted in accordance with the contract terms.

Please Note:
  • This reimbursement scheme is only valid for the duration of the current ERN grant, covering the period from 1 October 2023 to 30 September 2027.
  • Final deadline for submitting invoices: 1 September 2027.
  • No invoices will be accepted after this date.
