Clinical and investigational approach of a floppy infant

Hypotonia is a frequent clinical manifestation at birth or in early infancy. Some of the conditions causing hypotonia are unfortunately not treatable- but several are. In this context- early diagnosis is key to initiate disease modifying treatments on time.
In this lecture- we will review the clinical presentation of several causes of hypotonia- with a specific focus on clinical presentation and treatable conditions
