Biologist Eduard Gallardo

I am a biologist that have been working in the field of neuromuscular disorders since 1993 at the Neuromuscular Diseases lab in the Institut de Recerca de l’Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau in Barcelona, Spain. My research is mostly translational and is focused on the discovery of new biomarkers, diagnostic tools and new therapeutic targets. My main areas of interest within the field are inflammatory myopathies, muscular dystrophies and myasthenia gravis.
