Isabela TudoracheParent Project Association is dedicated to the assistance and research of the most common genetic abnormality that causes death diagnosed in childhood: Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD) and the less severe form, Becker Muscular Dystrophy (BMD), bringing together families, medical and social specialists, caregivers, support persons interested in the field of muscular dystrophy and the implications of this disease in the life of the community.
The Parent Project aims to advocate for more financial resources to be invested in research, education, legal representation and other things that directly influence the well-being of those affected by these diseases, and to become a driving force towards better access to care and specialized information.
