ERNs paper proposing a 10-points crisis readiness plan for rare disease populations

The ERNs as a group published a position paper on crisis readiness.  It proposes a 10-point plan for crisis preparedness specific to rare diseases that addresses cross-border coordination, digital infrastructure, patient education, and integration with national emergency services and non-governmental organisations. It is a clear demonstration, based on past experience during the Ukrainian war and the COVID pandemic, of how ERNs can add value to solving health problems in difficult circumstances.
