The ERN EURO-NMD ALS Care Pathway Working Group is pleased to invite all ALS care professionals to participate in a new European survey, developed as part of the JARDIN Joint Action (Work Package 6).
This survey collects information on how care for ALS, and is currently organised across different countries. The results will support the creation of a European Care Pathway to improve coordination and access to care. The findings will contribute to the development of a European Care Pathway for ALS, supporting better coordination and access to care.
Who can participate?

Neurologists and multidisciplinary team members working in ALS care centres (EU and non-EU)

Focus: adult ALS patients (18+)

One response per centre/team
We especially welcome input from underrepresented regions, including Eastern Europe, to ensure a broad and diverse representation.
You are encouraged to take a team-based approach, feel free to complete the survey in collaboration with colleagues or during a team meeting, so that your response reflects shared practices.
