Prof. Albena Jordanova

Albena Jordanova, Ph.D. is an expert in human molecular genetics and genomics, and in molecular neuroscience. She holds full professorial positions at the University of Antwerp, Belgium and Medical University-Sofia, Bulgaria, and is a group leader at VIB, Belgium. The research of Dr. Jordanova focuses on the identification and characterization of genes and pathways implicated in the molecular etiology of neuromuscular disorders.
