Maud Raimbault

Maud has a Master’s degree in International Cooperation and Human Rights. Before joining AFM-Téléthon, she worked for 5 years for international organizations (UN, OSCE) in Switzerland and Poland. She joined AFM-Téléthon in 2017, where she discovered the field of rare neuromuscular diseases and started advocating for patients’ rights at the national and international level. Since then, she’s been supporting the EURO-NMD Patient Advisory Board and working with the Coordination team. As Patient Engagement Manager, Maud has organized PAB and patient representative meetings, drafted the constitution and rules of procedure for patient involvement in EURO-NMD, helped to recruit new patient representatives, supported various PAB activities (surveys, webinars, communication tools, patient journeys) and participated in disseminating information about EURO-NMD to the wider patient community (EURORDIS, European patient federations, etc.).
