Wolfgang Löscher

Wolfgang Löscher, MD and PhD, is Professor for Neurology at the Department of Neurology, Medical University Innsbruck, Austria. After finishing his PhD in Neuroscience at the Karolinska Institute, Stockholm, Sweden, he trained in neurology at the Departments of Neurology, Medical University Salzburg and Graz. He is a board certified neurologist, since 2001 associate professor and head of the Neuromuscular Unit, EMG and EP-laboratory at the Department of Neurology, Innsbruck Medical University, Austria. Currently he leads of the Neuromuscular Working Group of the Austrian Association of Neurology (ÖGN) and is a board certified EMG and EP instructor. Clinical and research interests are clinical aspects of neuromuscular disorders, phenotype-genotype correlations and clinical neurophysiology (https://orcid.org/0000-0002-7593-3222).
