Sarah Bethlen

Dr. Sarah Bethlen joined the Department of Functional Assessment and Rehabilitation at the Centre Hospitalier de Luxembourg (CHL) on September 1, 2024, as a specialist in Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine.

She obtained her medical degree in 2008 from the University of Liège (Belgium) and completed her specialization in Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine in 2013 at the University Academy of Wallonia-Europe.

Dr. Bethlen further enhanced her expertise through additional university diplomas in:

• Orthotics and spinal deformities in children and adults (2014, Jacques Lisfranc Faculty of Medicine, France)
• Practical spinal pathologies (2013, Pitié-Salpêtrière Hospital, France)

Before joining CHL, she trained in several hospitals in Belgium and worked for over 10 years at the University Hospital of Liège. She has also actively contributed to the scientific community, participating in numerous conferences as a speaker and serving as a teaching assistant at the University of Liège.
