EURO-NMD is pleased to announce the Fourth CPMS Day, which will take place on 08 April 2026, at 18:00 CET.
Thematic Focus: Neuromuscular Junction Defects
This session will focus on the discussion of complex cases related to Neuromuscular Junction Defects. Clinicians will have the opportunity to present challenging cases and receive expert feedback within the CPMS platform.

Call for Case Submissions
We invite clinicians to submit three cases related to peripheral neuropathies for presentation and discussion during the session.

What are CPMS Days?
CPMS Days are structured, theme-based case discussions hosted within the Clinical Patient Management System (CPMS). Unlike standard CPMS use, these sessions bring together clinicians, invited experts, and observers to discuss multiple cases in a focused, live session. They aim to promote learning, share cross-border expertise, and improve patient care.
Objectives
- Facilitate cross-disciplinary discussions around a specific clinical theme
- Promote effective use of CPMS across the network
- Empower clinicians to present and learn from real cases
- Foster expert engagement and community collaboration
Who can participate?
- Case Presenters: Any ERN-affiliated clinician may propose a case, provided it is uploaded to CPMS and patient consent has been obtained.
- Experts: Invited to moderate and comment on selected themes
- Observers: Any CPMS-registered clinician may attend for educational purposes
Practical info
- A single CPMS video session/ Zoom session will cover all case dsicussions
- All participants must be registered CPMS users
CPMS Reimbursement Scheme
To support participation, ERN EURO-NMD has launched a Pilot Reimbursement Scheme under the current grant (EU4Health programme).
Reimbursement overview
- €200 per case, paid to the submitting HCP
- Applies only to cases presented during CPMS Days (not regular CPMS use)
- Case must be uploaded, reviewed, and closed with a final report
Key conditions
- Open to ERN EURO-NMD full members and affiliated partners
- One reimbursement per case
- HCP must sign a Cooperation Agreement with the EURO-NMD Coordinating Center (AP-HP) and submit an invoice
Invoice deadlines
- June 30, 2026: for 2025 and early 2026 cases
- September 1, 2027: final deadline for all submissions
Only one consolidated invoice per HCP per deadline will be accepted.
