This webinar is aimed at users that will be using CPMS for Clinical work (users who will have the Clinician and/or Assistant role, or either of the two guest roles).The goal of the webinar is to enable these users to comfortably get started with, and using the system for clinical work. The webinar covers the following topics:

    • How to request access to the system.
    • How to enrol patients and viewing and working with patient records.
    • How to conduct discussions and set up virtual meetings.
    • How to work with an assistant.

It will also touch on minor features like the built-in chat and Advanced search. Lastly there will be a demonstration of the mobile version of CPMS 2.

This webinar is specifically aimed at users who will be having the special roles of Admin and/or Helpdesk inside CPMS. The goal is for those users to be able to understand and work with the specific task undertaken by ERN admins and helpdesk operators. The webinar covers the following topics:

    • How to approve, or deny, request for access to an ERN network.
    • How to manage the already activated users, adding roles and editing user settings.
    • Creating new users from scratch.
    • How to set up and edit Groups.
    • How to create dashboards and reports.
    • How to work with the Helpdesk role inside CPMS 2
