The speaker is consultant physiatrist and researcher at the Radboud University Medical Centre (Radboudumc), Department of Rehabilitation, Nijmegen, the Netherlands. His clinical and scientific focus: on diagnosis and personalized treatment of complex neurological gait disorders, specifically, on gait impairments in three groups of neurological disorders: 1) Parkinson’s disease, 2) rare and hereditary movement disorders (e.g. spinocerebellar ataxia and hereditary spastic paraplegia), and 3) stroke.
