RE(ACT) Congress 2019

08 – 11 Nov 2019

United States of America

The RE(ACT) Congress – International Congress on Research of Rare and Orphan Diseases – was initiated in 2012 by the BLACKSWAN Foundation to create a forum for and promote scientific cooperation and research on rare and orphan diseases.

The Congress aims to bring together scientific leaders and experts, and young scientists from a variety of breakthrough scientific fields to present cutting-edge research, and exchange ideas. Patients and patient organizations, who are committed to research, will also be in attendance to share their experiences and perspectives.

The 5th edition of  the Congress will be co-organized in collaboration with the Office of Rare Diseases Research (ORDR) within the National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences (NCATS) at the National Institutes of Health (NIH), in partnership with the Canadian Organization for Rare Disorders (CORD), the Canadian Institutes of Health (CIHR), Genome Canada and the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario (CHEO).

You are invited to attend the inaugural American edition of the RE(ACT) Congress 2019 that will be held at the Sheraton Center Toronto Hotel in Toronto, Canada, from 8-10 May 2019, a superb setting for stimulating learning, exchanges, and networking.
