The meetings take place every 2nd Monday of the month (except July and August). The next meeting date is by default visible on the form below

The meetings happen regularly at 6PM on the second monday of the month. If you have not already agreed on a date you can leave the date field empty. After you submit the form, the date is either confirmed or modified in an email that we will send you. Two cases will be discussed during each of the 1 hour-long meetings.
